THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE A BINDING CONTRACT THAT GOVERNS USE OF DRIVE APPROVED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, EXEMPTS DRIVE APPROVED AND OTHER PERSONS FROM LIABILITY, SPECIFIES THE JURISDICTION FOR THE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES, AND CONTAINS OTHER IMPORTANT PROVISIONS.

BY REGISTERING FOR A DRIVE APPROVED ACCOUNT OR APPLYING OR SUBMITTING AN ORDER FOR A DRIVE APPROVED PRODUCT OR SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND SIGNIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THESE GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU MAY NOT REGISTER FOR A DRIVE APPROVED ACCOUNT OR APPLY OR SUBMIT AN ORDER FOR A DRIVE APPROVED PRODUCT OR SERVICE.

1. Your Acceptance of These Terms

Drive Approved (“Drive Approved”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the website www.driveapprove.ca (the “Website”) that advertises or accepts orders for various products and services, such as vehicles, extended vehicle warranties, insurance, and loans (collectively “Products and Services” and each a “Product” or “Service”, as applicable) provided by Drive Approved.

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Drive Approved regarding your registration for a Drive Approved account (an “Account”), your applications or orders for Products and Services, and your use of each Product or Service. By registering for an Account or applying or submitting an order for a Product or Service, you signify your unconditional acceptance and agreement to the most current version of these Terms. If you do not unconditionally accept and agree to these Terms, then you may not register for an Account or apply or submit an order for a Product or Service.

2. Other Agreements

Your use of the Website is subject to the Website Terms of Use that are available on the Website. If there is a conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and the Website Terms of Use, then the Website Terms of Use will take priority and govern regarding the Website, and these Terms will take priority and govern regarding all other matters.

Drive Approved may change these Terms at any time, without prior notice, by posting the updated Terms on the Website. The changed Terms are effective immediately upon posting unless stated otherwise. It is your responsibility to check the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms and review any changes.
By submitting an application or order for a Product or Service, or continuing to use your Drive Approved account, after these Terms have been changed, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

4. Permitted Customers

Products and Services may be ordered and used only by individuals who are located in Canada, are the age of majority (18 or 19 depending on the province), and are legally capable of forming a binding contract. Products and Services may not be ordered or used by individuals outside Canada.

Drive Approved reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse to accept applications or orders for Products or Services from any person.

5. Permitted Use of Products and Services

You may use Products and Services for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only, and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

6. Accounts / Credentials

You may have only one (1) Account.
Your account and login credentials are personal to you and must not be shared.
You are fully responsible for all activities under your Account.
You must immediately notify Drive Approved at support@driveapprove.ca if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account.

Drive Approved may suspend or terminate your Account without notice if these Terms are breached.

7. Accurate Information

You agree to provide true, current, and complete information when creating an account or applying for Products or Services, and to update it as necessary. Drive Approved may verify this information.

8. Personal Information & Privacy

By registering for an Account or applying for a Product or Service, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may obtain your credit score or bank account information (via our Bank Verification System) to process transactions, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Transactions

Drive Approved strives for accuracy but is not liable for errors or omissions on the Website. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we confirm the order.

10. Bank Verification System

Bank verification services are provided by third-party provider. Use of these services is subject to additional terms outlined herein, including consent for access to certain bank and account information.

11. Technical Requirements & Support

You are responsible for obtaining the necessary devices, software, and internet service to use our Website and Services. Standard data and messaging rates may apply.

12. Monitoring

Drive Approved may monitor account usage for security, compliance, and quality assurance purposes.

Any feedback you provide may be used by Drive Approved without compensation.

Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Drive Approved is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Products, Services, or Website. You agree to indemnify Drive Approved from any claims related to your use of our Services.

18. Termination

These Terms remain in effect unless and until terminated by you ceasing to use our Services or by us in accordance with these Terms.

19. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed solely by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and applicable federal laws.
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Vancouver, BC, unless prohibited by law.

20. General Matters

These Terms are binding upon your heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and permitted assigns. They represent the entire agreement between you and Drive Approved.
